In this workshop, artist Emily Johnson will guide students through dynamic mark-making, building deep contrast, and using erasure and layering to create rich, atmospheric drawings. We will explore continuous-line exercises, gestural warm-ups, and techniques for capturing energy, form, and texture rather than rigid representation.
